On this episode of the Influencer Collective Show we're joined Erinn Roth, CEO and Executive Pastry Chef at Ms. Jo's Petite Sweets, was raised in Mississippi and grew up on southern cooking, where she always found herself in charge of desserts. She then joined the military where she would spend the next 20+ years of her life until one day deciding to retire and pursue sweets and desserts on the side until her mother's passing gave her the inspiration and courage to start her own pastry business. She joins us today to talk about the process of starting her business, pushing through the ups and downs, and how to set expectations in your personal and professional life.
